@bluechameleon: Thank you, Sharon. He`s mind is way more beautiful then his face. I am a lucky mom. And it is interesting that you sensed the birds leaving one by one. It is ironic, but we just parted with his nanny that broke his heart. Now we rescued another dog who turned to be not a very good fit to our home, so we are looking for a new family for him. Akiva is learning how to part with things in his life and let go. It is sad he has to start at 4 years old, but I guess it is the part of growing up.
