Unfortunately no camera can show fully all the beauty of the desert in the way your eye sees. Since you can really stretch your eye there for miles and miles...

@Mike: Thank you, Mike. Sunset is the only time this desert looks good on photo. In real life it`s magnificent no matter what time of a day it is.

The light is just incredible and it details the grasses and bushes so perfectly! I am most definitely making this area a must the next time I am in CA.
